What Advoro does
Advoro tracks referrals, attributes sales to the partner who introduced them, calculates commission according to the terms a business configures, and records when that commission is paid. It is a record-keeping and calculation tool.
What Advoro does not do
Advoro is not a payment processor and does not hold, transfer or disburse funds. In this version, payouts run on invoice request: Advoro tells a partner what they are owed, the partner raises an invoice, and the business pays it directly through their own banking. Advoro records the reference and nothing more.
Commission and VAT
The figure commission is calculated on is set per programme and is shown to both sides. A partner’s VAT status is a legal fact they declare at registration, not a preference. Where a programme’s terms are exclusive, VAT is added on top of the commission for a VAT-registered partner and nothing is added for a partner who is not registered. Where they are inclusive, the stated figure is the ceiling and any VAT comes out of it. Each party remains responsible for its own tax position.
Pricing
Plans gate on the number of programmes and on features. Advoro does not meter referred revenue, commission or transaction volume, does not cap partners, and does not take a percentage of commission. Where a plan includes an AI credit, that credit covers generated copy and assets only and is billed at cost.
Accuracy of the ledger
The commission ledger is append-only. Entries are never edited or deleted, and a correction is recorded as a new entry with an actor and a reason. Advoro calculates commission from the figures a business’s payment provider reports and from the terms that business configured. Responsibility for those terms, and for paying what they oblige, sits with the business.
